Many existing users and potential future users of Bizzignite Management System have similar questions about the software, support and web hosting. Here we have compiled a list of common questions and the answers to these.

Q. What is a Content Management System?

A. A content management system, or CMS, is software that allows for the easy management of content. When CMS is used in the context of the Internet or web it is a web application designed to manage a website and possibly other Internet marketing. Normally a web content management system is designed to suit a certain kind of market e.g community website, healthcare etc...



Q. Why should I use Bizzignite CMS?

A. Unlike most other CMS packages, Bizzignite CMS was designed for ease and simplicity of use. It is designed to be used by users who have limited or no HTML or development skills. To learn about its advantages simply browse the Bizzignite CMS website.



Q. What benefits does Bizzignite CMS have over other solutions?

A. Simply put - Support. There are many excellent content management systems available but none make it as easy. We build, host and support the complete Bizzignite Content Management System. If you find a bug in the software we will be the ones fixing it. No one knows the system better, and our hosting environment from our parent company Aussie Interconnect is setup with the sole purpose of hosting Bizzignite CMS.



Q. How long does it take your team to take a design and turn it into a working website for Bizzignite CMS?

A. The time it takes to build a website will vary depending on the complexity of the design. Before we start such work we always provide a written proposal so there are no unexpected costs or time delays. As a guide we allow 14 days from start to finish when submitting a proposal.



Q. Is there a minimum contract period with the Bizzignite CMS packages?

A. No absolutely not. On completion of the site you are the copyright owner of the whole site.   



Q. What does it cost?

A. Not every one needs are the same so there is a tiered pricing model. Two set packages are available but if a client needs something beyond these we also do custom packages and provide a written proposal before commencement.

Up to 5 pages Basic - $299.00

Up to 15 pages Standard - $499.00

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.



Q. Do you perform backups?

A. It is recommended that clients make their own backups also. The backups taken by Aussie Interconnect are for our own benefit. If you accidentally delete parts of your site and need content recovered there is a standard $99 fee. Therefore it is wise for end users to do backups whenever changes are made to their site.
